Partner programs often a viable option to earn a little money from a website, by also making it more interesting (remember that links to other sites are among the most useful elements on each website!). Such programs are particularly useful for websites with limited traffic where there is virtually no chance to sell adspace.

The idea behind partner programs is quite simple: You place a link or a banner of your partner on your page. Every time this link/banner is clicked, you earn money (currently up to max. US$ 0.10). Some programs go even further and pay additional bonuses if customers that have accessed a site complete a form or purchase products there.

The advantage of partner programs is that you do not have to think about the programming and integration of CGI scripts in your website, as everything is provided by the other party.
