Importing meta tags

You can use Hello Engines! not only to generate meta tags from your entered data but also to import meta tags from other sources:

  1. Go to the Metatags section and click the button.

  2. The Import meta tags dialog box opens. Here the following sources are available:  

    Dialog box "Import meta tags"

    Current details    : Select this option to import details from the Data section as meta tags.

    Details file    : Select this option to import the details saved in a detail file (*sit) as meta tags.

    Local HTML document    : Select this option to import meta tags from a local HTML file.

    Online URL    : Select this option to import meta tags from a website.

  3. Then click OK. The meta tags are now inserted automatically into the corresponding fields. You can now change these, if necessary, and import them, as described in the last section, to your HTML document.
