Multi-Express SubmissionIf you are responsible for multiple websites and you wish to submit these to search engines (not directories) simultaneously using Hello Engines!, use the Multi-Express Submission or the Multi-Detail Submission.
Multi-Express SubmissionIn contrast to the Multi-Detail Submission no saved detail files are used. Instead, you just need to create a simple text file listing the URLs of the websites to be submitted. Write the URLs you wish to submit into a text file - one URL per line-, and save the file. To perform a Multi-Express Submission, proceed as follows:
From the Submission section, choose Multi-Express.
From the integrated browser on the right, select the folder containing the URL text file.
Select the desired file.
Determine the search services you wish to submit your websites to: Submit your websites either to all search services or to selected search services (refer to Submitting your websites automatically).
Enter path to the desired selection file.
Click Submit to start the submission.
Multi-Detail SubmissionThe Multi-Detail Submission enables you to submit multiple websites to search services simultaneously. In contrast to the Multi-Express Submission the Multi-Detail Submission uses saved detail files (*.sit). The Multi-Detail Submission submits all selected detail files.
To perform a Multi-Detail Submission, proceed as follows:
From the Submission section, choose Multi-Detail.
From the Explorer window on the right, choose the folder containing the detail files.
Double-click the desired file to add it to the list of files to be used for submission.
Repeat the last step until all the desired files are added to the list. If you wish to remove files from the list, double-click the corresponding file.
Determine the search services you wish to submit your websites to: Submit your websites either to all search services or to selected search services (refer to Submitting your websites automatically).
Enter path to the desired selection file.
Click Submit to start the submission.
NOTE: The Multi-Detail Submission requires correctly and completely filled in detail files. Before submission, Hello Engines! checks, whether the selected file contains the necessary information. If this is not the case, the file is displayed and removed from the list.
